ALTawakual Group for Reconstruction and Development (TRDCO)
has been established in 2007 as a company with limited
liability to be a new legal framework for businesses of both
brothers; Abdulqawi Amer and Eng.
Farag Amer in the field of construction and development that started in beginning of the year 1990. It is continuous of their successes in such field and a reflection of their intention to leave a remarkable participation in this regard through the new legal entity. they registered the well know trade mark called “TRDCO” as a commercial name of the group in order to remain as a title of excellence in performance.
The Group activities include not only construction and development, but also general trade, import, export, and commercial agencies.
It is worth mentioned that the company has its own approach in wok through splitting up its activities to separate sectors that work independently and decentralized.
The reason behind this approach is to provide its client with best services and products associated with accuracy in the achievement.
The Group has divided into six sectors as the following:

trading &agencies sector
transport & machineries sector
constructive services sector
studies& researches & rehabilitation sector
The Group’s headquarter is located in the Republic of Yemen, Sana’a , capital city and has another branch office in Aden city (the economical capital city).
The Group has established a another branch company in Saudi Arabia since 1430 with registration no. (1010273329).
The Chairman and GM of the Group is eng Mr. Farag Amer while Mr. Khalid Ali Munasser uphold the supervisory mission of the branch company in the Saudi Arabia
