This sector offers two methods of execution – in respect of time- as under:

normal execution system (N.E.S.): carrying out projects as per contract's specified time.
express execution system (E.E.S.): carrying out urgent projects as per the situation requirements or in case any unexpected circumestances that require expedition of works.
this sector has already executed some important &urgent projects on E.E.S. basis according to owners' requests.
